1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE
Warm the kidney yang, nourish the liver and kidney, and improve reproductive function. It is effective for kidney deficiency with oligozoospermia, spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, impotence, infertility, as well as frequent and urgent urination, leg edema, prostatitis, and sequelae of diabetes; it treats soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, fear of cold and cold limbs, fatigue, etc. caused by insufficient kidney yang.
2 DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Take one pill orally, twice weekly

Brown spheric pill.
4 CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Contraindicated for those allergic to any ingredients.
- Strictly prohibited for individuals taking nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate).
- Contraindicated for individuals using guanylate cyclase stimulators (such as riociguat).
- Avoid concurrent use with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as ketoconazole, ritonavir).
- Use with caution in patients with severe heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, or hypotension.
- Contraindicated for patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency.
- Use with caution in individuals with hyperacidity, gastric ulcers, or weak spleen-stomach function.
- Contraindicated for minors, pregnant women, and lactating women.
5 WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
- Do not adjust the dosage without medical advice.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited during medication.
- Inform the doctor about using this formula in advance if undergoing surgery.
- Prohibited for patients with unstable angina, a history of angina during sexual activity, uncontrolled arrhythmia, or those who have experienced heart failure, myocardial infarction, or stroke within the past 6 months.
- Seek medical attention immediately if prolonged erection (over 4 hours) or priapism occurs.
- People should stop using this medicine and seek prompt medical attention in the event of sudden decrease of loss of hearing.
- People shouldstop using this medicine and seek medical care if a sudden loss of vision occurs in one or both eyes, which could be a sign of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Patients with a history of NAION should use this medicine with caution. People with a “crowded” optic disc may also be at an increased risk of NAION.
6 ADVERSE REACTIONS
Most common adverse reactions (≥2%) include headache, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, nasal congestion, flushing, and pain in limb.
7 DRUG INTERACTIONS
- Garuda Joyous Pill can potentiate the hypotensive effects of nitrates, alpha blockers, antihypertensives or alcohol.
- CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. ketoconazole, ritonavir) increase exposure thus requiring dose adjustment to no more than 1 pill every 72 hours.
- CYP3A4 inducers (e.g. rifampin) decrease exposure.

8.2 Lactation
Not indicated for use in females.
8.3 Pediatric Use
Not indicated for use in pediatric populations.
8.4 Hepatic Impairment
Insufficient data are available for subjects with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C).

Pomegranate Flower, Acorn, Coriander Seed, Hawthorn Fruit, Kaempferia parviflora, Tadalafil, Terminalia chebula Fruit and Terminalia belerica Fruit.
10 HOW SUPPLIED/STORAGE AND HANDLING
Each bag contains one spheric pill.
Each box contains 15 bags.
